History
In 2001 Attorney-at-law Biliana Popova establishes Popova Law Office and starts working as an attorney-at-law independently and in cooperation with her colleagues from Bulgaria and Italy. In partnership with practicing attorneys-at-law in 2007 she establishes Popova and Partners Law Office for the purposes of providing joint legal services.
The company is orientated to render legal consulting and advising to corporate clients, therefore the commercial and civil law are our preferred fields. The interests of our clients extended and broadened the trends of our development in all business spheres and law with special accent on property, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, concessions, banking and tax law, intellectual property, administrative law, and last but not least procedural representation.
Our office works jointly and keeps close relations with local and foreign lawyers, law offices and consulting companies in the country and abroad and in case of need is always ready to engage with the defence of the rights and interests of its clients.
